Huge under NCAAF

This is the classic, one-up, one-off game where the public unloads on the 2 teams meant to put up huge numbers. Problem is the home team is rather one-dimensional offensively, and the visiting team has already locked up their conference spot, and has little inspiration to unload massive points in California in the middle of the night.

The total is too high for the situation, and I have unloaded on the UNDER 60 here.

Sorry, bad oversight not to name the teams. This is UNDER 60 on Illinios/Fresno State. This is also the only NCAAF game on the board tonight.
