"Game of the Year Teaser" ....... (33-20 GOY Record)
Forget the spreads. Both of these teams should Win today. Oakland went to Pittsburgh last year in the 1st week of December and beat the Steelers by 3 points as a 14.5 point dog. You can bet that Pittsburgh has been reminded of that all week. Oakland's strength is running the ball (Ranked #2) but unfortunately for them, the Steelers are #1 in the NFL against the run. I don't see the Steelers playing 2 bad games in a row at Home and i don't see them letting Jason Campbell beat them with his arm either.
Houston is another team that looks to the run for success (Ranked 7th). The Jets are a Top 5 Defense against the run though and the Texans have a seriously banged up QB in Schaub playing. He spent much of the week in the hospital for his knee and i'm not sure how much they can rely on him in this game to win it if they can't run the ball. The Jets have slipped up at Home but they know they need to Win this game to keep pace, and facing the 31st ranked Defense in Yards Allowed and Points Against should make it a lot easier for the them to score enough points to get a Win at Home.
