CFB YTD 13-10 +3.9 units
2* 3-1 +3.8 units
1* 10-9 +0.1 units
CFB/NFL Combined 22-17 +3.8 units
2* 4-3 +1.4 units
1* 18-14 +2.4 units
I went 4-1 last Saturday in college. Unfortunately, the loss was on the only 2* of the week. I'm 7-2 my last nine CFB plays. I may add two plays I'm still looking at. They'll be posted in this thread.
1* Georgia -15 1/2
Georgia's slow start appears to be behind it as it is off an easy win last week over Tennessee and gets to play another soft team at home. The only three good teams on Vandy's schedule this year all beat them. (NOTE: If Georgia is dumb enough to fire a good coach like Mark Richt, they're as stupid as Tennessee which destroyed its program by firing Phil Fulmer.)
1* California +3
Who's the dog here? Cal is a very good team with an excellent defense. USC is off two very close losses (three points in two games) and might be drained here. Throw out the debacle against Nevada and Cal has allowed only 27 points in four games!
1* Hawaii +7
This is the gun battle: the pistol vs. the run and shoot. Hawaii is a big surprise this year. They showed they're the real deal by coming to the mainland and crushing a decent Fresno State team. Nevada scores a lot of points but Hawaii is scoring almost every time it touches the ball. Take the home dog in a real shootout.
Opinions only:
Friday:
Louisville
Saturday:
Georgia Tech
NFL:
I'm playing these now as I suspect the lines will move against me during the week. I'll write them up later.
2* Redskins +3 1/2 (-120)
1* Texans -4 1/2
1* Patriots/Ravens UNDER 44 1/2
