Thanks everyone but that was a prime example of the old saying I'd rather be lucky than good. In case you didn't know I played that game in large part on how Brian Matus had been pitching for the Os. So what happens, the second batter of the game hits a line drive off his pitching arm and while he finished the inning he was through after 1. If I could have cancelled the bet after the first inning I would have. They bring in some guy I never heard of named VandenHurk who proceeded to retire 12 straight batters and limited the Blue Jays to 1 run and 2 hits in 6 innings. Who knows had Matus stayed in the game he may have given up 5 or 6 runs. Sometimes its just meant to be.
