Good luck. I like Clev as well, but there is just something I just don't like about that game so I dropped it from my list. Hope you hit it!

glad you got the help you needed buddy, yea i wouldn't take that bet either, walker even though probably a terrible actor does have some BJJ skills (just so you know it's jiu jitsu) and karate is basically a one dimensional self defense mechanism, that's great you want to get the kids into it, make sure they really want to though ya know. I would be on walkers side with that bet.

That is great to hear brother ! if you ever want any other info on health stuff or anything like that you have my e-mail, don't hesitate at all, i think you have my # too, call anytime man be cool to talk to you.

If you happen to know what is the name of the gym near you, because they do have quite a few good camps in the state of georgia (atlanta) It's small possibility i could know the coaches there ? hey man 36 ain't to late trust me...you aren't going to make it to the UFC or anything like that but you would be surprised how satisfying a good old sparring session can be.

If you going to take classes boxing or muay thai boxing would probably be the best at your age (no ground stuff past 35 yrs old LOL !) For the kids i strongly suggest Brazilian jiu jitsu WITH or eventually followed up with Muay Thai boxing or standard boxing. Depending on how old they are if they get into these 2 arts and pick up some wrestling along the way, they should be very good fighters competing or not, either way.

i know tim stout has one pretty close too.my buddy says he went to att a couple times and patterend his gym after it.he has some workout he does not sure what it is but you do a bunch of reps at different stations and try to do it under 35 minutes.my boss at work who works out daily said he did it in 37 minutes his first time.he said my buddy chris ruiz the guy i told you about that has the gym and he is the ametur champion in his weight class and a 5-0 record does it in 24 minutes.he said it builds core strength.you probably have this at your gym because he said if you were inside his gym you could not tell the difference between the 2 gym's.
