Two cold pitchers here so let's go with the better, and hotter, team. While Tampa somehow managed to lose two of three in Baltimore, the Red Sox were uninspired in getting swept by the White Sox. While Niemann has pitched poorly the last few starts, the Rays are 17-7 in his starts. I can't resist this price on the team with the second best record in baseball.
