Maybe I don't get it. Playing Atlanta ML -205 and RL +105 which gives you -1?

Yes. Say you wanna play the game for around $100, this is how you do it. You play the ML $102.50 to win $50, and you the RL, $50 to win $52.50. So you are betting $152.50 to $102.50, -150. If they win by 1, you win the ML but lose the RL, so you push, just as if you bet -1. If they win by 2, you win both.
