5* Maryland ? The line is at 4 right now but everyone will be on Wisconsin so I will wait for the line to drop just like yesterday and play it when it comes down.

I am also looking at North Carolina today as well but smaller.

I decided to lay off of the NC game due to a couple of injuries to the Tar Heel players so I put the 3 units on Maryland 1H. The players are supposed to play but they are one bump away from being out of the game.

I love Maryland tonight they are playing at home vs an overrated big ten team that has had it's trouble scoring this year. Maryland only has one starter coming back but they have looked sharp so far this year and I believe their players will try to make a statement tonight that they are still a good team. Maryland wins by 10!!!!!

Overrated?

The two time defending Big Ten champs are overrated? They are holding teams to 39.6% shooting, 47.7 points a game, and are forcing 19.7 turnovers a game. Since Maryland has nine freshman and sophmores on their roster, I wouldn't say they have the better team. Good luck on your wager, but if the Badgers shoot well tonight it might be the Badgers by 10.

I guess overrated might be a little strong but with their poor shooting I just think that their ranking might be a little high. I give the edge to Maryland in this matchup because they are playing at home and they have something to prove in this matchup. If the game was at Wis I would probably be on the Badgers.

I think this will be a good barometer for both teams. UW's shooting has been a concern, but I would assume it can only get better. They can usually get away with poor shooting since they play such tough defense. However, if Maryland shoots well from the outside and can get easy transition baskets it will be a long night for Bucky!

Well, so much for Wisconsin not shooting the ball well. Harris was on fire in the 2H and the Terps wouldn't cover him. This was a great game tonight. I learned 2 things tonight one being that Maryland will get beat this year in close games because of their FT shooting being so poor but I also learned that they are very athletic and that will win them alot of games this year.
