Wayne, cont go wrong with either IMO.

Ravens will be spreading it around and teams will be keying on Ray, that would be my concern with Ray Rice in Fantasy. Even still, you can key on him and he can still make people miss. Not sure how Rice will do in the Red Zone as MaGahee got a lot of the scores instead of Ray.
