  • Trying some Nascar today?!

There are 3 drivers that I like to win the race.

    1. Montoya qual 9th and improved in both practices

    2. Biffle didn't qual well but was first in both practices

    3. Ku Busch didn't qual well but also practiced in top 5.

Well we will see how this strategy works as I just started watching the races last week and we all meet at the bar and pick a driver it is fun but I wish I knew more. So just trying some different things out.

Good Luck Bobby. I think betting a road course for your 1st race is really tough because you have to include the "Unusual" suspects imo. I don't see Biffle or Busch having much of a shot of winning this week at all with all these "Road Course" specialists starting up front.

Stewart has 4 wins and 2 2nd place finishes in the last 6 here and Ambrose has dominated Road Course races along with Montoya. They may not have won them but if they run mistake free, they will be tough to beat. Two others guys to watch closely are Scott Speed and Boris Said. They usually do not have the greatest cars here but this year they have a very solid car and team behind them. Keep an eye on those 2 also!

ok thanks for the input. I did put a small wager on those three to finish in the top 3. I picked montoya last week and when biffle won the race after a short pit stop I couldn't believe it. So yes I am sure there are a million factors. And Ku busch qual 5th. I must have looked at something wrong. I wrote down Kenseth as fifth.
