This is my strongest play of the season. The line is a ridiculous overreaction to Strasburg. First of all, he rarely pitches more than six innings and secondly, Bronson Arroyo is pitching just as well as Strasburg right now. He's allowed just three runs in his last three starts, covering 20 innings. Cincy has won four of five while the collapsing Nationals have lost six of seven. Reds are 31-20 at home; Washington an awful 15-33 on the road.

This is a play against the Dodgers, who are imploding. Don Mattingly made a fool of himself last night, costing LA a win---typical of how things are going. Zito is coming off an eight inning shutout while Billingsley has been horrible his last three starts. SF has won 11 of 13; Dodgers have lost six in a row.
1* White Sox +120
Seattle can't hit and every White Sox pitcher is torrid right now. The Sox defense is spectacular; check out the ninth inning plays last night by Vizquel and Ramirez. Gavin Floyd is coming off three outstanding starts in a row. Mariners have scored more than four only once in the last two and a half weeks. Seattle is 3-14 this month.
