    Friday (5/14)

Don't forget this weekends contest that starts tonight!!!

Contest #1 starts tonight. You will have to pick the MLB Series that has the most runs scored in it, in the next 3 days. You will post your Series Choice and the total number of runs you think will be scored right in the Guestbook tonight before your series starts. If you want to play, you are welcome to. The Members Area is password protected so you just need to shoot me an email for the password if interested. I have 14 Prizes listed in there and if you Win, you simply choose one.

Contest #2 will be for the World Cup Soccer Tourney. I have a group set up at Yahoo and the Group ID # and password will be listed in the Members Area this weekend. It is Free to play. The Winner will again be able to pick their own prize from the 14 listed in that section of the site. You will pick the Winner in all of the World Cup games. Everybody is welcome to play. All you need is the password for the Members only area if you don't already have it and that is also Free through email.

MLB plays will range from 2* to 5* each. Place an amount on each Unit based on your personal bankroll and stick to it. It may be $5 per Unit for some and $100 per Unit for others. I will keep a divided record below and a overall record on the records page.

    2* = (32-30) -9.48
    3* = (42-27) +29.01
    4* = (31-13) +67.52
    5* = (7-5) +8.60

    MLB

    3* Texas (Harden) +110 (7:05 PM)

    3* Boston (Buchholz) -123 (7:05 PM)

    2* Minnesota (Baker) +160 (7:05 PM)

    4* ML Parlay = T.B. (Davis) - Colorado (Jimenez) ---> +123 (7 & 9 PM)

    Arena Football

    2* Jacksonville -5.5 (7:30 PM)

    NHL

    2* Boston -125 (7:05 PM)

I also have a list of "America's Most Miserable Sports Cities" on my front page. Hopefully your team/city isn't on the list!

Glad to see Wausau didn't make it. The Woodchucks are stacked this year
You can't drink all day if you don't start in the morning

Number one most miserable Sports City out there is Seattle. Never would have guessed that. I thought it was Cleveland after last night but they are 6th!

good luck. Glad arena ball is back. BTW, I think ATL is the worst of all. There fans suck, and don't even support their teams. I went to The first game of the Atl/Houston playoff game 1 back in '04 and bought a ticket at the gate. Clemens was pitching the first game, and there was about 10,000 empty seats. Their fans are a disgrace.
