I agree, that's cool hanging out with Mir...never met him before, there are a lot of guys i have not met but being a BJJ black belt in the heavyweight division is just awesome.

Before lesnar got hurt a lot of people asked me who do i think can beat lesnar...my answer over 9 months and 2 fights ago was Cain. The dude is straight scary if you ever get to see a live a workout at AKA check it out.

Lesnar in my opinion wont be the same........His health virus is very scary.......The HW division is weak, But yes Cain should dominate the next few yrs,.....Word is that Cain wants to fight Courture..........If i were Randy i wouldnt fight that match.....Bad match up for Randy......Cro Crop is making his way back, so we will see

randy won't fight cain, that would actually be a step down for cain because NOG beat randy, and cain just beat nog. * PLUS randy is NOT a HW anymore, he is at 205 lbs now and will stay there. I do agree that lesnar will never be the same, but we disagree on cro cop.

the dude he beat tonight literally took the fight on 3 days notice, is known to have poor or no striking, and average grappling at best. cro cops legs are just regular legs now. did you notice how he changed up his shorts to basically hide the fact that his legs are gone. he always wore tight high wrestling shorts, with the croatia red checkers, tonight he wore board shorts for i think the 1st time ?

* shane carwin will be a force when he gets healthy, but i still got cain beating him.
