I won my only pick last weekend with a 2* on the Vikings who I'm going all in on with my futures plays that were posted before last weekend's action. This weekend's play was posted several days ago at the line below and while the line has dropped, I still like the play.

2* Vikings +4 1/2
The line has dropped to 3 1/2 but I still see this as a steal. Minnesota is the most complete team remaining in the playoffs. They can pass, run and have an outstanding defense. New Orleans' win last week was its only decent game in two months.

Pending:
1* Vikings to win NFC +270
2* Vikings to win Super Bowl +600

My normal inclination would be to hedge the above bets but I feel strongly enough about Minnesota that I'm going for the fences here. A Vikings win today can turn my entire disastrous NFL season around.

gl gris, a lot of smart cappers going with N.O and i just don't know why. Even if i'm from MN, i look at N.O sch this year, and i can't see a NFL team that had a easier one. They've played 3 games in the regular season that had a over .500 record, and it was 2x Atlanta and once a over rated NE team. They played Dallas and got worked. I just don't see how N.O will win this game, as i am staying away from the game cuz once i heard the vikes plane was down picking farve up, i put a $500 future bet to have them win the super bowl that pays 20-1, so i have enough on this game, but lets hope they can make it to the SB, should be a good game. Brutal beat on my futures bets notwithstanding, I'm playing the Super Bowl big now at the preposterous line being hung:

3* Saints +6 (-120)

I wouldn't be shocked to see this move down two full points in the next two weeks. There isn't a set of power ratings the country that has Indy 5 1/2 points better than New Orleans.

Colts are probably a 2 pt favorite on a neutral field. Perception is greatly flawed after recent events and I will gladly take the free points.

Last time I saw a situation similar to this was the SEC Championship and we know how that turned out. Im with you on this one big but I took the 5 at near even money. GL to us
