How do you see my Caps heading into the playoffs, do they have a chance to go all the way? Goalie issues?? They have plenty of offense, I fear they give up too much on defense. What do you think?

Funny you ask this because I just had a conversation with a buddy earlier this week about this. They play that run and gun style. They are the highest scoring team in the league. Goaltending is their achilles heel. Can Theodore get it done? Will Varlamov take over when he gets back from injury? There a lot of question marks however I do think they are Cup contenders. Its usually defense and goaltending that wins Championships so its hard to say if they can win with this style. Now they arent going to shutout out the opposition completely but will Theodore be able to make the "key" save when its 4-3 in the 3rd? Should be interesting because they can score with the best of them....
