Wis Mil is good, they've had some tough loses against West Kentucky, Marquette and Wisconsin. Valparaiso is no good, their 5 wins are against crappy teams, Concorida??, Toledo (god awful), Ark Fort Smith??, Ind South Bend??? and Georgia Southern (garbage)
I think Idaho St wins outright, but I can't pull the trigger, Montana played tough against some decent teams, and Idaho St lost to some shit teams.
