yes clevland is a play because washington won its last game as an outright dog at atlanta. i wonder somewhere down the lane if there will have to be some tweaking as to playing the best percentages i do not think this scenario has happened as of yet. if it wasnt for orlando with their win loss push and then lose push i believe it would be ,albeit in the embryonic stages undefeated
