I'm sorry there's no way any game would be set where it's only 8% on one team. Sportsbook require coverage on both sides

Dan, I would rather go to public places like covers long before going to a sportsbook to get those numbers. Simply put, i don't trust the numbers at sportsbooks one bit. I just don't. Sportsbook.com owns the Betting trends at most websites. They all use sportsbook.com ... well at least many do. They don't show the amount of people either, just a %. Don't like it. I would much rather go to a place like covers where they show all the numbers and lines from many different books. Right now they have
Detroit 355 people 39.44%
Houston 545 people 60.56%
I don't believe that 8% number for a second!

Many, many, websites use the "Numbers" from sportsbook.com and they all say 8%. I saw them in a few places. That is sign #1 to avoid them in a heartbeat. 8%???? ........ What a joke and so not true!

Listen, the bottom line is that the concrete and mortar sportsbooks where the real money is wagered would NEVER disclose the % of $ wagered BEFORE an event begins, so pulling up %s prior to an event from any website is like polling 7,000 people in Saskatchewan on the US Presidential election.
The big money, and the real money that dictates line and movement is going to be as invisible to us as the fix on the Wyoming/Tennessee outcome (kidding, sorta), so watch the line movement by all means, but whether an offshore site tells you 8% or 80%, just ignore it, because it's fantasy gambling.

I'll tell you about some line movement.....
I was at a book yesterday when the Raider/Bronc spread was unleashed, and the "Sharpies" dodged straight to the line to unload their plays, scrawled on paper, with a wad of bills pre-counted in paper clips.
With the Gradkowski DOUBTFUL, they were hedging on the line flying mile high, and got in at -11.... don't be surprised if they also get a chance to play Oakland +16 at game time. But if you think you can pull up that info, I urge you not to pay $19.95 for Tiger's personal cell phone #.
