Not sure how valid a these stats are on sports book site but if you go to sportsbook.com and click on betting trends it shows 7% only are on Houston with a line still at -4.5I'm 5-11" or 6-2" depending on which convenience store I'm coming out of.Comment

I base my numbers off services, books I work with who take public bets in "bookies", and a couple guys who know a little about vegas action.
There is about 70% action on detroit and 30% on houston.
Line moved from 4.5 to 5 even with detroit money.

I few sites I check where "average joes" pick the games show that they are on houston
houston was giving 4 at home to dallas a few weeks ago..why is it only - 5 against detroit
Detroit was getting 5 at Philly !!! 6 nights ago and getting 7 at chicago !!!
This line smells.
Ive also noticed that sportsinsights , bookmaker and sportsbook.com put out % on certain teams that dont make sense. I them go thru all the forums and the sites where average joes pick - similar to wager line - and its just not true
They are trying to steer ppl like us the wrong way.
Dont take any off this the wrong way. You know we are usually on the same side. Ive just noticed some shady things lately and its fallen into place. They are showing you the public is on detroit so you dont play Detroit.Comment
