    Thanks

By the way I am going to be around Louisville for Thanksgiving. I am thinking about checking out Churchill Downs. Have you ever been and is there any info you could help me out with. Any suggestions-Thanks

Yes, I was there for the Kentucky Derby 4 years ago. Normally, it's a front running speed favoring track. I would recommend looking at horses that have speed or who run close to the lead.

        Excuse me :

for this interjection but I thought I would add a bit of info for tdickson seeing how hes helped here and all .

The 27th , 28th , 29th , are the " Fall Festival & Big Four " weekend , I usually stay at the Old Louisville Inn Bed & Breakfast on 3rd St. downtown and its a straight shot to the track ( about 3 miles ) and the grandstand seating between sections 118 to 125 are trackside with a " HUGE TV " in front of you for backtrack viewing. I also like the " Thrill of the Grill " for chow & the " Best Bets Bar " for my drinking pleasure .

I unlike bobt cannot offer wagering advise because of obvious reasons ( i suc ) but hope that this bit of info can help you enjoy your stay , its a blast " Enjoy "

Suggestions would be to buy the thoro-graph or ragozin sheets for the day(s) you are going and eliminate any favorite that shows a "bounce" in its sheet, when it ran the same number of its last race in a previous race. You may not pick the winner, but you have successfully eliminated the public's choice. gl

              MM,

The "Best Bets Bar" sounds like a great place to me as well.

TDickson, have a great time and hopefully you'll have a few winners. Please let me know how you make out.
