Washington is a dangerous team now that it has Arenas, Jamison and Butler all healthy for the first time in ages. They lost last night to a very underrated OKC team but will surprise against the banged-up Spurs.

1* Pistons +9
Detroit isn't playing well and is still without Prince and Hamilton. But they seem to be playing hard and this is just too many points against a Utah team that has been up-and-down so far.

NFL Sunday

An almost perfect Saturday. 4-1 on the CFB plays and 3-0 on the Saturday opinions. Unfortunately, the loss was on the 3*. Very aggravating as I am now 33-20 in CFB but am doing a poor job on the 3* plays. It's frustrating when you play eight games, win seven, and show only a medium profit.

Anyway, here are my two Sunday NFL plays with the caveat that my NFL has been horrid this year.

1* Lions -3 (-120)
Somebody has to win. The temptation might be to go with the dog but Cleveland's offense is just awful right now and the morale on the Lions might be better as they play the first of two home games in five days.

1* Raiders +9
Ugly pick here but Cincy may let down after the big upsets. Oakland's defense is actually rather good and they may be able to keep it close.
