I am gonna go against a lot of good cappers but I am doing a 7 point teaser Memphis +13 and under 54'. This reminds me of the Tulsa/UTEP game last week. On paper Tulsa was the obvious choice but UTEP had other ideas. I think this game tonight is a low scoring game decided by 3 points or less. BOL to everyone tonight.
