Rutgers (-10.5)...................Rutgers will overpower Army tonight and control the ball with long,time consuming drives by running the ball.This will set up the play-action pass.Army will have a tough time getting their defense off the field tonight.I dont think Army will score much tonight,thats why Im not touching the total.Total is set perfectly at 39,could go either way.I see a (27-10) type game with Rutgers dominating on the offensive side of the ball and keeping Army out of the end-zone on the defensive side.
