I am leaning towards UTEP, the line opened at +7 and currently at +7.5 at most places. If that line doesn't steam roll up a point or goes back down to +7 this will be a strong play for me.

way over in my opinion. UTEP's D is terrible, I like Tulsa to throw up 40 minimum. 6 td's 500 yards of offense for Tulsa
