I'm really not a trends player, really not interested in a team's record when coming off back-to-back 3 point losses when playing in the mountain time zone, or any such nonsense.
I am often looking for a strategic "under" in the college landscape, and have often found that these hit at a very nice percentage in "public" games.
As a result, I have been playing quite a few of the ESPN-ized midweek games, and unders have been absolutely magical to me. After watching tonight's rain-slogged first half, in which cashing the first half Under was a given about 2 possessions in, I thought I would pass along a pretty mind-blowing trend.
Teams ARE NOT scoring in the first half of these games. Strange schedules? ESPN hype? Nighttime adjustments to a daytime game?? Who knows, but the proof is there. I'm not saying that this unbelievable streak will continue, but I do advise you that before you jump on the public bandwagon and bang another first half OVER, know that Vegas has been cleaning up on these wagers. Here are the First Half Totals and results of all non-traditional, or midweek games in the last 3 weeks.

Again, the results speak for themselves. I am not saying that every game will continue to go under, but there is something there, I have been profiting from it, and I thought I would pass along. Good luck all.
