Why would the O/U be so low and also keep dropping if previous meetings ALL were over 53.

Boise is averaging 33.5 points a game in the two games this year and Fresno is averaging 41 points in the two games and put up 31 against a Wisky defense. This year the O/U has been a big source of Vegas money.
