Ball State has beaten Eastern Michigan by at least 19 points each of the last three seasons and Eastern Michigan after a stright up win is much like the Houston Texans in the next game, terrible. Eastern Michigan is 0-6 against the spread off an upset win as an underdog since 1992. Ball State is 11-3 against the spread after 1 or more consecutive straight up losses over the last 3 seasons and 7-1 against the spread off a road loss over the last 3 seasons. Ball State is also 5-1 against the spread versus poor offensive teams that average 4.5 or less yards per play over the last 3 seasons. All signs point to a Cardinal win and cover.
