Was going to take the night off and watch the Chargers game, but the brutal Bears ATS loss has me gambling.
Bills/Patriots over 47 -103
The Patriots are loaded offensively and Tom Brady is back. The additions of Fred Taylor and Joey Galloway can only help. They should have a field day against a Bills defense that really struggled on the road last year statistically. The Bills also have weapons and WR with Owens and Evans. The Patriots got a lot younger on defense which was a good move, but this early on I think they will have their growing pains.
Oakland Raiders +10 -103
I love my Chargers, but honestly I think this line is ridiculously high. The Raiders have opened up at home the last 3 years (2 on MNF) and have been embarrassed in all of them. I really think they are going to play off emotion in this one and give the Chargers all they can handle and possibly pull the upset. I can't pass up a home team, in a division rivalry game, getting double digit points the 1st week of the season. Though the Raiders are a bottom dweller team their talent doesn't show it. I think McFadden is going to have a break out year. Too many points.
