Tulsa/Tulane UNDER 63 1*

Playing unders with Tulsa a risky proposition, but they have a lot of new personnel on offense, and Tulane gets back stud RB Anderson, so I look for them to play some type of keep away. Also, a total this high needs both teams to score 7's every time in the red zone. I'll take a shot with the under.
