  • First NCAA Football Play of 2009.

Oregon +5 over Boise State Thursday night. Oregon has a very good team this year. Their QB Jeremiah Masoli is picked to be first team PAC 10 QB in a lot of publications and I have seen quite a few writers giving Oregon a decent chance of upsetting So Cal this year. Besides there is some bad blood in this game on the Oregon side from what happeened last year when Boise upset Oregon at Oregon. 2 Boise State players were penalized and one was ejected for late hits on Oregon players, one of which sent their QB Masoli out of the game with a concussion. In a recent interview with SI Oregon's RB LeGarrette Blount said we haven't forgotten last year's game. We owe that team an ass-wuppin. I think Oregon wins this game outright so the points are a bonus but I will put some $ on the ML as well. Good luck to everyone and let's start off the new season by kicking the book's ass.
