Sengoku is the other major promotion in japan other than DREAM, and they have been doing quite well themselves, i had a horrible DREAM card, and i have been doing better on sengoku, let's hope that continiues. this goes off at 2, or 3 am as usual like most japanese events.
5 units Kazuo Misaki -220 - this is the big play of the card for me, misaki is just one of those natural born fighters...IMO the line is very low because he has had a lot of personal problems recently including a sentencing of jail time, so this dude is on his way to jail, and even though most fighters react badly to this situation misaki is the type that i think will unleash his anger on his opponent. (this is the type of dude that laughs at jail)
2 units Blagoi Ivanov -135 gotta be honest, i don't know much about him as with most new sengoku fighters, but what i have seen, i have liked, this is a step up in promotion, so i hope he will want to impress the japanese.
2 units Marlon Sandro -225 i have just been riding him in every sengoku event so far,, i think he is one of the more experienced fighters in the promotion, this will be a tough fight for him though.
2 units Toru Harai -145 The guy he is fighting has just beaten me too many times so this is kind of a heat/freeze check play, probably my least favorite, but i usually play most of fights on japan cards because it's always the one you didn't take that winds up winning.
2 units Parlay Mitsuoka/Chang Sung Jung -140 I like both of these to win but not enough to risk the -300 straight on each so i'll hope they both win.
2 units Parlay Hioki/Kitaoka/Usuda -160 3 biggest favorites on the card.
2 units parlay Hioki/Nakao -210 Hioki is the promotions poster boy, he's there guy, i don't expect him to lose at all, nakao should win also, i actaully like this one better than the one above.
1 unit small play Dan Hornbuckle +300. Gono had problems adjusting in all of his north american fights, and finally decided to start coming over very early for a full training camp in the states, well he was one of the fighters scartched when affliction closed, 1 day later he had a fight booked with sengoku, with all the hard work he put in over here i think it will all fall a part going back to japan on 1 weeks notice. (the flight alone will affect his training)
