Being a Jet fan and follower of your picks, Iwould have to agree with you. Pennington seemed a little hesitant in relief of Testaverde and underthrew a couple of receivers in the first game. Last week he seemed to get into the rhythym a little too late and still almost pulled one out had it not been for a poor decision on the fourth down in OT. I feel Oakland has had it and the Jets are in a good spot today

Plus it's a huge revenge game for the Jets. They have been unable to beat Oakland for the past 5 years (including Oakland ending their season last year) and last year they were in a similar situation at this time. The Jets were 2-5 but came back to make the playoffs. They are now 2-6, and although no team has ever come back from 2-6 to make the playoffs, the Jets still have a lot of motivation to win this game. I'll take Pennington over Mirer any day too.
