you're not gonna believe this, but here's what the wife cooked Sunday for the family weekly gathering....

Nice PORK LOIN

SWEET POTATOES,GRANDSON LOVES EM...

Carrots with a butter/herb sauce...

String Beans seasoned with Blk Pepper, Herbs, and a dash of Ranch Dressing poured lightly on top....

Rice witrh a nice thickened dark gravy from the Loin Seering, beef flavored roux, w/ seasoning.....

Rolls with garlic butter spread down middle.....

A nice crispy/crunchy, Choclate/walnut/raisin cake afterwards.....
