Good luck, JT. I had a black and blue caesar salad the other day at McGill's in Tulsa. It was blackened beef tenderloin (medium to medium rare) in a Caesar salad with blue cheese crumbles. Very tasty. With just the steak what do you do with the bleu cheese? Do you sprinkle the cheese chunks on top of the steak? Or do you make some kind of a sauce with it?

Caesar salad made with romaine lett. And lot's of good "stuff" you can use chicken, steak, fish, or fried oysters, fried shrimp!!!!! The dressing makes the salad.

Your post always makes me hungry!!

Your D-Backs play is probably solid as EVRYONE (including me) is on the Phillies. I am guessing that the snakes could be the play there.

                              Best of luck tonight.
