Can you or someone help me? I forget how to get the -1 run line as my book only offers -1.5. I know you have to use the ML and RL, but I don't remember how.

You won't be able to get an even money play, since the RL is closer to -130, but here's how you do it. Say you wanna bet to win a unit and a unit is $100.

                    RL (-130) $65 to win $50
                    ML (-320) $160 to win $50
So you're betting $225 to win $100 or -225 on the -1. Not sure how CB got even money, my book must be terrible. It's a bad example because the line is so high, but that's how you do it. In this case, if Philly wins by 1 you lose $15, but if the RL is even money or better, you'll push. Hope that helps
