Got it--I reread them---with something with this there are many questions...I guess I can't get out of my head that Nascar would do something like this to intentionally ruin someone..

If he is guilty, he is guilty. He is being treated as guilty and his racing career is pretty much over anyway so guilt will be with him no matter what from here on out. If it was a mistake than it was a tragedy to a driver, a family, a nascar team and a bunch of people.

I'm not and i never have been a Mayfield fan. I don't care if he was/is an asshole or what he has done in the past though. If all this happened to Jimmie Johnson, Dale Jr or Kyle Busch, i would still want them to get there full appeal before crowning them with guilt ... especially when it is such a tricky drug like meth involved. That's all, the higher courts sent him back to work because they sided with Mayfield and said there were too many question marks with the 1st test. IMO, that means something and if Nascars 1st test has the courts with doubts about it, why does the 2nd one mean any more? It doesn't imo and i want to see it play out.

No way did they do that...
I disagree 1000% NASCAR and the France family are as corrupt as they come.

I've been around drug users. They have more stories and excuses. Normally, I'm very skeptical with the user's excuses. In this case I believe it's very possible Mayfield is telling the truth. I do believe he did test positive the first time back in May. I also believe very strongly in the possibility that NASCAR spiked or faked the latest positive test.

KB, I agree with Wayne. With the advanced testing you can't 'drink' something to mask drug use. The advanced tests will detect masking or dilute pee.

Judge rules on NASCAR's side today and Mayfield again is under suspension.
