Unlike other sports bryce, team owners in Nascar have no say in anything. If Nascar doesn't want them, they are not welcomed.

The highest courts sided with Mayfield bryce and granted him his injunction to go back to racing. Nascar was LIVID about that and they said how deeply they disagreed. IMO, They were SO PISSED off at that decision that they decided they would do whatever it took to keep him off the track. They wouldn't even let him qualify because they said he showed up at the track too late. They said on the espn nascar show a couple weeks ago that others have been late before and they were still allowed to qualify. They then say he failed a 2nd test. Nascar does what they want. They always have and kb would be lying if he said he didn't know that too.

Tell me this bryce, why did he get his injunction from the higher courts? Why ... because there were many, many questions unanswered in this case.

KB, You hang mayfield and you never have anything of substance as to why it could have been a false negative. I ask you what other athlete has ever gone this far to prove his innocence and other things and you never have an answer for any of them. If i ever go on trial for anything, i really hope you are not on my jury with your guilty until proven innocent attitude.

Look at his past dude! Zebra's don't lose their stripes. Maybe Penske and Evernham were onto him about that shit and have never let the cat out of the bag.

What happened with them has nothing to do with this kb. It really doesn't. So what, many drivers now and then were a-holes. Big deal. It has no bearing on this case.

Oh, I think it has more to do with it than you realize.

It is my opinion of what happened and it is more than any answer or lack there of that you have given me for any of the "Questions" in this case.

No, it doesn't. It was a failed drug test and as far as i know, those guys are not involved in this.

So, you're opinion means more than mine?

Probably the same way the Tennis player who said he ingested cocaine from a woman he just met and got away with it. So you are saying Nascar is a corrupt and evil organization and they want Mayfiled to take his car and go home. I see your point but ethically I don't see why they would do this. Again they are sticking their neck out if this is true. I guess my next question is who does the drug tests---was Mayfields other drug test form the independent validated?

No, i gave my opinion, unlike you. Every time i asked why about something, you never answered any of them. At least i'm giving answers/opinions.
