I've unfortunately been around some "users" before. Their judgement is clouded. They think they are pulling the shade on everyone they deal with. They tell so many lies they don't even know what to believe anymore. It wouldn't surprise me Mayfield walked out of the courtroom that day and got in his vehicle and had a big sniff before doing anything else. That stuff doesn't stay in your system long, and he didn't think Nascar would show up and test him away from the track. Sorry man, I'm siding with Nascar.

I believe you and i'm sure there are ,,,But Adderell will test Positive everytime thats why not sure how he could of had a clean test.. if he is really on it...Originally posted by wayne1218 View PostThere are a few products that can cause a positive meth test for a non meth user. I can't understand why nobody else understands that because it is a fact and this case is VERY unusual.

I'm not asking you not to side with nascar. If you believe he didn't know he was going to be tested the minute he stepped on a track again kb, i'll say it again, your wrong and you havn't been following it close enough. That's all.Originally posted by kbsooner21 View PostI've unfortunately been around some "users" before. Their judgement is clouded. They think they are pulling the shade on everyone they deal with. yes---WHY would nascar put there reputation on the line for MAYFIELD--he was good about 10 years ago..I don't get into Nascar that much but I can't see an organization sticking there neck-car out to intentionally discredit someone...Originally posted by kbsooner21 View PostWhat reason do they have for getting rid of Mayfield? What threat does he pose to them?

No I didn't know that---but what motive do they have to get rid of Mayfield?Originally posted by wayne1218 View Postbryce, If you know Nascar, you know they make up everything on the fly. They can't pass out or determine a banned drug list for the driver and they set penalties and fines as they go and depending on who it is with ZERO guidelines or governing body.
Tell me another sport that does that? Please, name just one?

I don't know who is right or who is wrong kb and i've never "Sided" with either in this. I've played devil's advocate the whole time because people all want to throw him quickly under the bus kb and it has been proven many times when it comes to Meth that there are MANY ways to get a false positive test. Mayfield has done everything he can since day one to clear his name, including getting an outside lab to test him every two days. People do not fight like that and get 2nd results and bring it to the highest courts for nothing kb.Originally posted by kbsooner21 View PostHow do you know you're not wrong Wayne?
How many others who failed a drug test in any sport kb have gone on to do all the things he has right up to the supreme court? I can't think of one and the fact that it is meth, a very tough drug to read in drug tests makes me really doubt everything.
As far as the 2nd test goes, i'm not wrong because the judge said it to Mayfield, that Nascar will be testing him and that he can expect it the minute he got his injunction. Nascar said he would not be allowed to race without a test and when he went back to qualify for a race, he was tested. He knew it was coming kb.
He also almost got let off the hook right away when this happened because he was on Claritin D and it can trigger a false positive for meth. Nascar said the levels were a little too high to be claritin. Do you not see the fine line there (Again)? How can you not?
I've said it all along, The results may be flawed without Nascar's help. It happens in testing and there are many quetion marks here imo. I'm not willing to impose GUILT right away in this one without knowing more.

Why would an independant lab put themselves on the line for Mayfield? Who is more capable of getting a fixed test, Nascar who pays a lab millions to do their work or Mayfield off the street? Seriously ......Originally posted by bryce View Postyes---WHY would nascar put there reputation on the line for MAYFIELD--
Money can get you anything and Nascar has it bryce.

Well maybe I stuck my mouth where it doesn't belong but I just don't get it. Isn't anyone ethical anymore? apparently Nascar is not.Originally posted by wayne1218 View PostThey govern themselves bryce and like i said, not one other sport does that. They can dislike someone and black ball them with zero repercussions. Plain & simple.
