Its been a while boys.6 pins and 3 plates in my back after 27 years of cooking.Been following all the great cappers in this forum and thanks for all the help with the plays.Lets try these for today.

I herniated a disc last year and was pretty worried...still bothers me a bit.

They fused together L1 to L5.It seems to be helping but its hard to heal when you own a store.but atleast i am not thowing out my back every 2 days.

Thanks.I use to do it all at my resturant but now i am taking it easy and just cooking the good old italian food and having my crew do most of the prep.
