Milwaukee is sinking fast. They're 12th in hitting and 13th in pitching and are in the race only because of amazing managing by Macha and one of baseball's best bullpens. Suppan has a tendency to serve up gopher balls by the bucket. Cards' Wellmeyer isn't very good either but St. Louis is hot, Pujols is having a season for the ages, and Braun and Fielder can't carry Milw all year.
