Why am I taking Soderling you ask?Everything points to Federer romp.This is why I like Soderling chances.
1 COMPETITION
FEDERER beat 32,11,5 ranked players,struggled against 2 unranked players in 5 sets each.
SODERLING beat 14,12,10,1 ranked players.
2 PRESSURE
FEDERER will be under extreme pressure thinking this is most likely his last chance to win the French Open with Nadal out.Add to the fact that he is 9-0 against Soderling he will have to fight thoughts that he can't blow it against this guy.
SODERLING what pressure? Hes not supposed to be here he figures,I've never beat Federer,I have nothing to lose.
3 MENTAL/PHYSICAL
FEDERER will be in better physical condition but I feel SODERLING will be mentally tougher and I will always take a mentally tougher player over a tougher physical player.
