Had the Lakers last night...


Today this line looks screwy as fk to me. IMO Orlando has been the better team. They have come out flat in the first half in all three games at Cleveland but showed they are a team of no quitting. I want to take Orlando BUT my gut is telling me not to.

Strictly a line play for me here.

I'm not trying to question your play, I'm iffy on this game as well and just want some clarification on your reasoning. But every game in Orlando has opened at Orlando -1 or 1.5 why is todays line out of whack to you?

Good point and I guess I have to question why Orlando was only a 1.5 pt favorite after beating Cleveland then losing to Cleveland on a prayer by LeBron in game two.
Orlando handled Cleveland in game 3 by ten and Cleveland in a game 4 situation where the "better" team needs to win loses in OT. With their backs against the wall and Orlando at home I really thought this line would be higher. So my reasoning is Orlando wins game one in Cleveland by one...loses on a prayer by LeBron in game two. Wins handily at home by ten in game three. Game 4 the Ot game and game 5 Cleveland pulls away at the end which was closer than it looked. I don't know how these guys set these lines but I would think this series would have adjusted some. Cleveland in game one opened as a 9.5 point fave...at last look game 5 was -7.5...no adjustment for Orlando at home in which they won both games??. Probably has to do with Cleveland being such a heavy favorite to win that no adjustment is needed. Put it this way if I was a newbie bettor and I watched this whole series I would be betting Orlando. Not that I am any better than someone else but from what I have seen and given the home factor involved tonight Orlando looks good to me...and my reasoning comes exactly from that reason. Hey it may not make sense to many but it does to me---GL with whomever you decide. Maybe this is a good line but I don't see it that way.
