  • Delgado Out 2 Months - Hip Surgery

Why is it that I never heard of a torn labrum in one's hip, only their shoulder, and now he goes down with the same injury A-Rod had????

I think he moves Murphy to first and Tatis to left. I also have a hunch they try to pick up Aubrey Huff.

Murphy's quite faster than Tatis, why would they do that?

Besides the fact that Murph ain't the best OF

The Iron Sheff is now a GREAT pickup for the Mets!

Tatis is a better OF...Murphy can;t catch the ball, which is a problem for an OF'er!

Wayne, you are right! Huge pick-up!

IMO, Tatis is a solid 1B. Leave him there, and rotate Murph and Sheff in the OF

Sheff went from no team to hitting cleanup for the Mets. He will and should be in there everyday. You can rotate 1st or choose one but you need Sheff's bat. He has had a pretty solid last month and a really good last week.

Actually, there is a reason why this is a new diagnosis. In the past they'd call these things a groin injury, but advances in MRI imaging have allowed them to see more things and see the real root of the issue.
