Caps/Penguins Game 7 Best Bet and Game Thoughts

Tonight is game 7 between the caps and the pens and the winner advances to the ECF. The lines that I show are as follows:

Caps -130
Pens +110

Over 5.5 -130
Under 5.5 +110

In my opinion the best bet is the under 5.5, this has been a high scoring series, which was expected with these two offensive powerhouses. However, seeing as how this is a do or die situation for both the pens and the caps, I fully expect both netminders to play well and I also expect both teams to play a little bit more conservatively to limit costly mistakes.

I like the pens in this situation, however, this series has been so close and so unpredictable that it is hard for me to feel very confident with either side. This series has been one of, if not the best NHL playoff series in this decade and it has been a joy to watch, it is truely a shame that it is coming to an end. Luckilly for us, we have been fortunate enough to enjoy all 7 possible games. What are your thoughts on the outcome of this game and what is your best bet?

I agree with your sentiments completely. Shame either team loses. I think it is a coin flip as to who wins. I am not touching the game but if I had to I would give a very slight lean to the home team. Good luck

Totally agree best series I have ever watched. Unreal wont see anything like it. Also agree that even though both teams have lived up to their offensive potential and most games have went over I do see a more defensive approach tonight and the under looks like the best bet. The side is a total coin flip though for sure...GL!!!
