Phillip, to be honest with you, Rick doesnt have the fire he use too. When he lost his brother in law and best friend in 9-11, it changed his focus and his priorities, he admitted that.

I dont blame him, i do understand, but I want a coach that lives, breathes, eats, shits, college basketball. That is not him anymore, and he isnt anywhere near the X's and O's that many of his peers are. He uses recruiting and motivation to be successful.
