Three prep races......monster Beyer figures as a two-year old.....imrpoved as the distances got longer and LONE SPEED.
Hot rider in Alan Gracia.....fast five furlong workout Saturday.

I think Regal Ransom goes to the front and Join in the Dance goes with him. I'll be very surprised if they let RR go at it alone on the front.

I no nothing about horses. Every year i read up on it a little bit and i always bet on 2 horses to W/P/S

The last 3 years, all 6 horses were jogging around turn 4 in the back of the field and they sucked it up. I'm begging, pleading, please, someone help me out here. Just once i would like to watch a Triple Crown race and cash a ticket. I'm (0-6) in those races for 3 years running now!!!

i know the feeling. i havent cashed a derby ticket sense funny cide and the only reason i bet that horse is cause it was from NY LMAO i swear if i bet a favorite across the board he dont hit if i bet a long shot to come in the money he craps out i cant win but i still bet it...lol

Regal Ransom had two great starts in the US last year while Desert Party's American races were slower. Regal Ransom beat Desert Party at the longer distance of 1 1/8 but lost at the shorter distances. His advantage widens at 1 1/4, in my opinion.

The derby is so tough bc there are so many horses, but this also means that a small bet could mean big dividends. In 2006 I had a 5 horse trifecta for $60 and hit for $2000. Hope to do that again this year.
