Had Over Fla today which won...

And Over Boston Red Sox 9.5 E

Just checked my account to see I didn't win this Over BoSox bet.. read the rules and it says must finish 8.5 innings...or something fkd up...I guess my argument is IT WAS FUCKING OVER before they called the fkn game 10-1 Red Sox..I guess we can argue that if you had the under blah blah blah but holy shit--GAME WAS OVER THE TOTAL--- ok just venting but...what are the rules at some other CROOKS..books....

I play at book maker...bet cris...very interested to see some replies

Look at the bright side. There were plenty of people with the under celebrating the rain!

Thanks Joe...just was wondering if it was different somewhere else at another book..or that was the norm..In all my years betting I have never had this happen--at least that I can remember...It just doesn't make sense to me...but then again if I had the under I guess I would say GREAT rule!

i feel your pain bryce, same thing happened to me. i agree it was over the total and the bad thing is that would never happen if u had taken the under and this would save u. i think it should be adjusted that if at game end, its over the total then its a winner but can understand a 3-2 game an under bet would be cancelled

I hope Vondie has the same results and didn't lose .I had the over with the local which has no stipulations as long as the game goes final.Boston was up 6-1 in the bottom of the 7th and scored 2 runs quick to make it 8-1.Rain starts coming down a little harder and they score 2 more runs with I think 1 out to make it 10-1 and they call a delay right after the last score which turned out to be the last score and the final 10-1 in the bottom of the 7th.

I know on bodog that says that game must go at least 8.5 or 9 innings(I think) for bet to be complete.

Thanks Rob..it just doesn't make sense when these guys made up the rules that this is what came out of the meeting..

Here is the meeting....OK gents if a game goes into the top of the 8th and the score is 50-0 we should vote that this is not an over or an under....but a no-play either way. Make sense gents???

                    RIGHT---yep ok...let's go drink...

I think it is a bad rule..who do I petition..seriously I am over it now but WOW!

Hey Rob start posting some plays buddy--you have been around here for awhile!! Ante up my friend! No pressure just have seen you around and thought you may be able to contribute.

I'm with you man.If I bet thru Bodog it's a no bet but with my local it's a win There has to be some type of advantage or they would do it like MLB does.We have to always remember that, there going to have the advantage

I do see that believe me! But in the same sense..a total goes over before it is called...I guess I have to go back to the original example and say a team scores 50 runs in the first inning..ok GREAT..they have to play 5 complete for the win or its a rainout but where do we come up with going into the ninth for a total...

I don't know I guess there is some rhyme or reason but I ain't getting the rhyme OR reason here.

Once it goes over than it's over IMO.Runs aren't going to come OFF the board because it's raining. On the other hand it would be tough for them to say that if it's over the total than it's a winner but when it rains out in the sixth at 5-4 we would argue that they still had 3 innings to score. It's a tough call and I see both side but They should go by MLB rules.IMO it should have been a winner for you 10 out of 10 times
