    Another Porsche Trend!

How many QBs can you think of that were replaced the next game because of injury
and their teams won anyway? I mean recently. Tomorrow, SF. It would be nice to know. Thanks BC.

    Last Year
    Bourdeline replaced Griese
MacNabb was replaced then won, then the back up was replaced then won.

St Louis replacing warner both last year and this then cam out winning

Atlanta replace Vick for game 1 and they won

I like 1st time QB's strting for injured players.

    also
Ferrotte won 2 games for culpepper this year
    Greise for Fieldler

How about Tom Brady for Bledsoe few years back? Can u say super bowl champs.

Griese won a few games for in injured John Elway his last season.

Tommy Maddux replacing Kordell Stewart in Pitt

I know it's skipping between 3 years, but i like this trend.

    I think SF wins.
    Good Luck to everyone
    Adam

Richie: [after Gus hits a homerun] Wow and he did it without steroids.
    Clark: What's steroids?
Richie: Something that makes your pee-pee smaller.
Clark: There must be steroids in macaroni!

The rest of the team plays better the first time an injured star doesn't play.

      Two reasons:

The team wants to show that the star is not that more important than the rest of the team.

The rest of the team try to compensate for the star's loss with harder play.

      Congatulations on your wins yesterday!

      Nice picks.

Those are some good points, but sometimes you have to call it like it is. Rattay sucks. I watched that game last week, and it's pretty bad when you have to bring back in your injured starting QB to try to win the game. The kicker did have a lot to do with SF not getting the win, but when Rattay was in, he couldn't move the team at all. I feel the Rams just have too much offense for the 49ers to handle, and I see S.F going a lot of 3 and outs today.
