I would say he or she was probably drunk, and fearful. They also might not have know they killed anyone when they fled.

they said the driver had a previous dui which caused an accident.Court documents said that if he was ever convicted of dui again he could be charged with murder.I heard on espn that he has not been charged with murder yet but they said it was a strong possibility.

Grab a hold of the ones you got cause this proves you never know when there leaving.I feel so bad for his family cause no one can be ready to lose a kid.My heart and prayers go out to them.I can't help but thinking about his dad sticking his chest out last night so proud of his kid and then has to deal with something like this the next morning.

I know we can talk all night about the woulda coulda shoulda's but didnt the bullpen blow this game for him last night? If they still had K-ROD and whomever else wouldnt this game ended sooner and therefore he not been in the wrong place at the wrong time? Very sad...RIP

The guy that blew through the red light was going 60 mph. He had a suspended lic. and a previous DUI, and was told by the judge if this happens again, murder will be on the list of charges. This makes me sick!! And not a scratch on the drunk!! God works in mysterious ways
