The last time I was coming off a 2-3 showing, I mentioned how bad I had been the past few games and I started winning again. Let's hope that happens again today. The Special Play today is with the ladies. Courtney Paris has her entire team ready to play for her. Paris has come out publicily saying if Oklahoma does NOT win the National Championship, she will return her entire schlorship back to the school. It's worth $65,000. I know, sounds crazy playing a team because one of their players makes a comment, but Paris is very serious and will return the money if they don't win their next two games. BTW, her dad is Bubba Paris and he has invested much of his NFL money wisely, so the money is there to return to the school if they lose today or Monday. But first things first, look for a great effort from Courtneys team mates which is my Special Reason to...........................

I hope you're right, Sandman and I'll certainly be rooting for the Sooner women tonight...but the University of Oklahoma is not taking Courtney's scholarship money back if they don't win it all. I watched the regional championship game at the Ford Center Tuesday. It was painful to watch in that first half..Sooners shot 23% and Courtney hasn't shot very well in the tournament although she's a great player!. I hope Whitney Hand is hitting her 3's tonight. She's fun to watch. They've been finding a way to win. Good luck!!

Garth. Halfway there. Courtney looks tired which has affected her shots, HOWEVER, she is still the best player on the court because of her rebounding. To tell you the truth, I don't think Oklahoma can beat either Stanford or U Conn. but should stay ahead tonight because Louisville is not that great of a team.

It's good the line is just four because one problem we have is Oklahoma sucks at FT's.

Why is it harsh? She made a statement and swore to pay back her scholarship if they didn't win NCAA Champ.

This isn't the first loss after a big lead, in fact I had Utah Jazz at home last week at -9 vs Denver and Utah is up by 21 early fourth quarter. The game goes into OT, yeah, hard to believe. Utah wins in OT by 5, I lose by 4.

As for Paris, did you see when ESPN interviewed her after the game and asked the direct question, are you going to pay the $60,000. She said it's set aside and she will pay it when she gets back home. Remember now, her dad was making over a Million a year as a Pro Bowl OLM for the 49ers.

I think 10.5 is too much to give Stanford and I'm going to play them, but I do not like it enough to make it a Special Play because there is nothing special about it. IT's true U Conn won every game by more than 10 but I don't think they played anyone as good as Stanford. Oh what the hell, I'm going to put a hundred on Stanford MoneyLine to win $575. You never know. Yes, I am sorry about posting Oklahoma but I would do it again.
